Learn to Blow Glass!

We teach glassblowing in private lesson format so instruction is tailored to you and your crew. Our glassblowing lessons are 3-4 hours long, scheduled from 9am-1pm, 1:30-5:30pm, and 6-10pm.

In a first lesson in our hotshop you will:

Cover hotshop safety
Learn about the equipment and tools
Watch your instructor create the projects you'll do (see picture below)
Gather molten glass from our 2000 degree furnace
Create multiple projects over a 3-4 hour lesson (classes of 1-2 people create four projects, classes of 3-4 people create two projects each)
Pick up your completed glass projects any Saturday following your lesson during our gallery hours from 11am-3pm

During festive times of the year we can modify activities to feature heart paperweights, pumpkins, or floats as alternate versions to our typical format pictured. Please add a request at your time of booking.

Our shop can accommodate both small and large groups. Self-scheduling is available for lessons of 1-4 people. Please email us or fill out the contact form for larger groups or specific times.
